Joura is a travel planner for groups: one shared itinerary, one shared record of what the trip cost, and an honest answer to who owes whom.

Email us: [email protected] — we aim to reply within two working days.

When you write, it helps enormously to include your platform (iPhone or Android), the app version from Settings → About, and what you expected to happen instead of what did.

Report content or behaviour

A trip in Joura is private to the people invited to it. That is not a licence for what happens inside one.

To report a message in a trip's chat, hold it and choose Report. Pick the reason; we keep a copy of the message as it was, even if its author deletes it afterwards, and they are not told who reported it. For anything else — a trip, a photo in trip info, somebody's behaviour — email [email protected] with the trip name and what you saw. We review every report and act on it, which may include removing content and closing accounts.

You can act immediately yourself, without waiting for us:

Common questions

How do I invite someone?

Open the trip → Members → Invite. Choose the role they should have and whether the link works once or until it expires, then send it however you like.

Treat an invitation link like a key. Anyone who has it can join that trip with the role it was created with, so don't post one publicly.

What do the roles mean?

Role Can do
Owner Everything, including managing members. One per trip.
Editor Change anything about the trip's content, but not who is on it.
Viewer See everything, change nothing — and still count in expense splits.
